TLB Group was founded by Grant Bateman in 2013 with a clear vision: to create an advisory firm that delivered practical, commercially focused support rather than traditional compliance-only services.
As the UAE's business environment evolved and regulatory requirements became more complex, so too did the needs of our clients. TLB expanded beyond accounting to become an integrated professional services firm, adding specialist expertise in corporate tax, business advisory and human resources consultancy.
Today, TLB is led by five partners and supported by a team of more than 50 professionals. While the original vision continues to guide the firm, our success today is built on the collective experience, expertise and collaborative approach of our leadership team.
