Grant has over 35 years of experience across public practice and industry and has been part of the UAE landscape since 2000, participating in the exceptional growth of the UAE and region since then.   

A Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), since 1994, Grant has held senior C-Suite roles in the region prior to founding TLB in 2013. His experience spans businesses from start-ups through to multinational organisations either founded in the UAE or expanding into the region over time.  He works closely with business owners, investors and international organisations, providing strategic financial advice that supports sustainable business growth as well as having a deep understanding of the recent changes in tax and compliance regimes in the UAE.   

Grant specialises in business compliance, structuring, acquisitions and disposals, valuations, international expansion into the UAE and trusted commercial advisory. His practical approach and deep understanding of the regional business environment have helped establish TLB as one of the UAE's leading independent advisory firms.

Jack works with businesses across a broad range of industries, delivering practical accounting, financial management and outsourced finance solutions that help organisations improve performance and achieve sustainable growth.

His career began in the UK as a Business Accountant with one of the country's leading railway contractors before relocating to the UAE, where he expanded his commercial and financial expertise within the insurance sector. Jack joined TLB in 2019 and became a Partner in 2021. Jack specialises in management reporting, financial oversight and commercial advisory, providing business owners with clear financial insights and practical solutions to support confidentdecision-making.

Janine leads TLB Human Resources Consultancy, partnering with organisations across the UAE to develop practical HR strategies that strengthen compliance, improve employee experience and support business growth.

Her commercial perspective enables her to align people solutions with broader business objectives. With more than 15 years of leadership experience across South Africa and the UAE, Janine has built her career across hospitality, operations, entrepreneurship and human resources. She has held senior leadership positions responsible for operations, governance, organisational development and people management across multiple industries.

Tom advises SMEs and growing businesses across the UAE, helping clients strengthen financial performance through practical accounting, reporting and commercial advice. He is known for building long-term client relationships and delivering solutions that support informed business decisions.

Before joining TLB as a Partner in 2017, Tom established and managed his own accounting practice in the UK, specialising in SMEs and contractor advisory services. He later served as Chief Financial Officer for a leading UAE insurance brokerage with annual turnover exceeding AED 220 million. Drawing on experience in both practice and industry, Tom provides strategic financial reporting, management accounting and business advisory services that enable clients to grow with confidence.
